Jeremy Lehrer is a freelance writer and editor working in the arenas of magazines, books, and the web. He writes Print magazine’s “Best Practices” column, focused on helping graphic designers understand sustainability, and he also contributes to Living Principles, a site devoted to spreading the sustainable design ethos. He has edited books including the illustrated essay collection Look Both Ways, which garnered a kudo from New York magazine, as well as a forthcoming project by longtime ayurvedic practitioner Robert Svoboda. He has written book and music reviews for Yoga Journal and has covered spirituality, yoga, wellness, meditation, and ayurveda for online venues including Beliefnet, nycgo.com, and YogaCity NYC, a website devoted to New York City yoga. He studies Tibetan Buddhism and is a firm believer in the interconnection of sustainability and spirituality.
